What this covers, and what it does not
This notice is about this website. It is not about the VantageFlow product. If you run a pilot with us, what happens to your scan and your twin is governed by the agreement we sign with you — not by this page. No warehouse scan ever passes through this website.
Who is responsible
This site is operated by WiseBridge Solutions Limited. If you want to reach us about anything on this page, use the contact form and say so — it comes to the same people.
What we collect
What you type into the contact form
Your name, email, company, the size of your warehouse, and your message. Nothing else, and nothing is required beyond those fields.
Standard server logs
Our host records the usual request information — IP address, browser, page requested, timestamp — as any web server does. We do not analyse these; they exist so the site can run and so abuse can be investigated.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not run ad-tracking pixels, and there is no account to create, so there is nothing to profile.
Who else sees it

Hosts this site and runs the form endpoint.
Resend
Delivers the contact-form email to us.
Each is a service provider acting on our instructions. No one else receives anything.
Why we hold it
To reply to you, and to work out whether a pilot makes sense. That is the whole purpose. If you write to us and we conclude there is nothing to discuss, the exchange sits in an inbox — it does not feed a marketing list.
How long we keep it
Messages you send stay in our inbox for as long as the conversation is live, and are cleared out when it is plainly over. If you want your message deleted sooner, ask and we will delete it.
What you can ask for
A copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. There is no form for this and no process to navigate — write to us through the contact page and we will do it. Depending on where you live you may also have a right to complain to a data-protection authority; we would rather you told us first.
Where it goes
Our service providers operate internationally, so what you send us may be processed outside the country you are in. We choose providers who commit to protecting it in transit and at rest.
Changes
If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top. We will not quietly widen what we collect.
