Who's behind VantageFlow.
VantageFlow is built by WiseBridge Solutions, which builds logistics and operations software for SME operators — warehouses, 3PLs, and the people who run them.
Optimisation was built for warehouses with budgets.
Optimising a warehouse has always started with knowing its true layout, and for most operators that meant a project: manual measurement, a survey crew, or a CAD file nobody could find. The capability was never the problem. The price of entry was.
VantageFlow removes that entry cost. A ten-minute walk with a phone replaces the survey, so a warehouse that used to need a consultant and a scheduled project gets measured by whoever is already on the floor — and optimised the same afternoon.
Three things we don't compromise on.
The twin belongs to you
Capture happens on your device. The full-resolution twin stays in your plane unless you explicitly share it — see the security page for the access model.

Your floor plan says what the warehouse was meant to be. The scan captures what it actually is — every rack, slot and clearance in real metres, straight off the phone's LiDAR. Routing built on a drawing inherits the drawing's mistakes. Ours doesn't.

VantageFlow targets SME warehouses and 3PL operators — the ones for whom a laser-rig survey was never going to happen. A phone and a morning is the whole ask.

Bring one warehouse. We'll bring the scan.
We're taking on a small number of early partner pilots — SME warehouses and 3PL operators who can give us a morning and a floor.
