Walk it · model it · route it

The walk-the-floor guide.

Everything that happens between opening the app and holding a digital twin — what the phone needs, what the pipeline does with the walk, and how a re-scan keeps the twin current.

The scan

One walk, no equipment.

The only hardware requirement is a phone. No rigs, no total stations, no third-party crew on site.

iPhone 12 Pro or newer. Any model with a LiDAR sensor — no additional app besides VantageFlow's scanner.
About 10 minutes. Walk your aisles at a normal pace; capture runs in the background while you go.
Best in aisles up to 5 m. That covers most SME warehouses. Large-format distribution centres take more than one pass — we tell you before the scan morning, not after.
Capture stays on device. Nothing streams live to a third party — your walk stays under your control end to end.

Reconstruction

The walk becomes a measured model.

The walk comes back as a dimensioned model of your building — and not just its shape. Aisles, racks and pick slots are identified, so the model knows what a picker can actually reach.

Measured, not drawn

The walk becomes a model of the building as it actually stands — every aisle, rack and clearance in real metres, not as a floor plan says it should be.

RC · 02

Yours to open

You get a light 3D model you can open, spin and measure inside — small enough to share from a phone, and true to scale from the first open.

It knows what it is looking at

Aisles, racks and pick slots are identified, not just surfaces. That is the difference between a 3D scan you can look at and a warehouse the engine can work with.

Keeping the twin current

Layout changes. Re-scan, don't rebuild.

Walk the floor again and the twin updates — no rebuild, no second setup.

RS · 01

Walk again

Same ~10-minute walk, any time layout changes — new racking, a reconfigured aisle, a seasonal reset.

RS · 02

No starting over

You do not start from scratch every time a bay moves. The twin you already own is the one that stays current.

RS · 03

Routes update automatically

Once the update lands, every route plan reflects the floor as it stands today — no re-planning on your side.
